Green Crescent Primary School is another extended project of Green Academy Trust which began after the
purchase of Former Southwark Junior School in 2010.
At Green Crescent Primary School we are passionate about providing a high standard of education and maintaining a creatively inspirational and enjoyable environment for our Pupils. We also encourage parents to work alongside us in our effort to nurture children upon the strong morals, discipline, and exemplary behaviour that Islam promotes. This will Insha’Allah prepare our Pupils to become well-informed, upright moral citizens who contribute positively to the community and society as a whole with ease, Insha’Allah.
Alhamdu’lillah the school opened on Monday 12th January 2010. The School is currently situated in Green Academy Basford, which has been renovated and refurbished to accommodate the school. We began teaching combined year groups in 2011 and Alhmdolilah now have the full range from Nursery to Year 6 age range 24 months - 11 years. We also hope to extend this provision all the way to the end of secondary in the near future so as to have an all-age school.
